Design, and implement a computer vision method capable to detect worker bees in a beehive
Our robotic system is capturing videos of bees living in an observation hive. Some of these videos are captured while the robot does not move and the only moving elements in the image are the bees. Create a system that could use these image sequences to segment the individual moving bees. Use the output of this system to train another method that would be capable to detect and localise worker bees in images, where both bees and background moves due to the movement of the camera head.
